Return Policy for AFS Style

At AFS Style, our goal is to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

Return Eligibility:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
3. Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@afsuccess.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will evaluate your request and provide further instructions.
2. Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the necessary shipping details for the vendor handling the return.
3. Package the item securely, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the provided vendor address. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and retaining the tracking information for your records.
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the vendor will notify us of the return's approval or rejection. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping charges or restocking fees, where applicable.
5. In case of a rejected return, the vendor will provide a reason for the rejection, and we will communicate this to you. You may be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Please Note:

1. AFS Style is not responsible for any shipping charges associated with returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Some vendors may charge a restocking fee for returned items. Restocking fees, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:

1. Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
2. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
3. Items damaged due to improper care or misuse
4. Items returned without prior authorization or an RMA number
